This panel will address the global movement of people. How do you get people from A to B? What are the practical considerations and what are the limitations or impediments? We will compare the Canadian and Irish/UK experience against other movements. We will also examine the equitable aspect of global movement and how discretion works in the mobility process. Consideration will be given to the UN Convention on Global Mobility.
