SOLID INTERNATIONAL EXPERIENCE
In collaboration with staff, the CBA International Initiatives Director is directly responsible for implementing and managing international projects, including:
- Collaborating with outside institutions
- Selecting, allocating and managing staff resources
- Managing finances
- Accountability to and liaison with funders, including contract reporting requirements
Our staff has international experience and institutional project management skills. While each staff member has a particular management responsibility, our team approach leverages the expertise of individual staff members to maximize program benefits.
