The CBA has provided four submissions to the Draft Civil Court Rules process, and continues to participate in consultations by compiling the responses of members as provided through the Legislation and Law Reform Committee and Sections. Members are encouraged to inform themselves of the many views on this matter, and to provide input to the Supreme Court Rules Revision Committee prior to the deadline of December 31, 2008. Members can submit views through the Rules Revision Committee web site (www.bcrulesrevisioncommittee.ca) and/or by emailing CBABC at srennie@bccba.org.
