Branch members have access to a wide range of products, services and discounts, and we want to ensure that you are aware of all the benefits available to you.
www.cba.org/BC The new Branch Web site, www.cba.org/BC will open a whole new realm of opportunities for improving member services and communicating those services and products to you. With the introduction of the Web site, your member services committee is rethinking and retooling the entire concept of preferred suppliers, with a view to expanding and improving the range of services and discounts available to you. There are a number of "member service" aspects of the new Web site that will be of significant assistance to you. For example, you and your staff will find the members' online directory an essential tool. Under the heading, "Member Products and Services", you now have instant access to our preferred suppliers through "hyper-links", allowing you, for example, to book your next hotel stay online. In time, the Legal Support Directory will be expanded to provide every lawyer with a comprehensive directory to assist you in finding anyone from land surveyors to court reporters. From online conferencing to linking up with CLE's extensive researching links, there is something for everyone.

Hotels You may notice that we are now listing a fewer number of hotels with discounted CBA rates. We were finding that many hotels on the CBA list were merely giving CBA members a corporate rate. By limiting the number of hotels on our list, we believe we have been able to negotiate deeper discounts than before. Let us know what you think.
Entertainment All CBABC members and their families are entitled to savings of 20 per cent off ticket prices at the Stanley Theatre and the Arts Club Granville Island Stage. This winter's productions include "She Loves Me" (until December 31) and "The Ginkgo Tree" (January 26 - February 25) at the Stanley, and "Some Assembly Required" (December 1 - January 6) and "The Cripple of Inishmaan" (February 16 - March 17) at the Arts Club. When ordering tickets for either theatre, call 604.687.5315, ext 259, and ask for the CBABC Branch discount.
