National Civil Litigation Section
The Section examines any matters of substantive law, not of a criminal nature, and not coming within the work of another Section, the administration of civil justice in all the courts of Canada, with particular reference to the jurisdiction, procedure and organization of the courts, and the practice of lawyers before the courts.
