Mandate
The Member Services Committee is responsible to provide goods, services and benefits by:

• Maintaining relationships with existing suppliers of goods and services to Members;

• Investigating other goods and services that would be beneficial to Members;

• Considering and investigating proposals from prospective suppliers of new goods and services in accordance with appropriate criteria;

• Addressing concerns or complaints by Members regarding preferred suppliers and their goods and services; and

• Negotiating renewal of contracts with preferred suppliers.
