| Mandate
THAT the Canadian Bar Association, BC Branch establish a Standing Committee to be called the Business of Law Committee consisting of a Chair and six Committee members with the following mandate:
Purpose:
- To identify issues and anticipated changes within the profession and society that impact lawyers in their ability to engage in the business of the practice of law; and
Method:
- To make recommendations to the Executive Committee and Council for such responses as may be required to take advantage of these issues or changes.
