Mandate
The Committee’s mandate is:

• to concern itself with issues related to auto insurance, the practice of personal injury law and insurance;
• to identify issues of concern to the Bar in its relationship with ICBC and to liaise with ICBC; and other concerned agencies; and
• to investigate and make recommendations to the Executive regarding auto insurance, insurance law and personal injury and the Bar’s relationship with ICBC, and other concerned agencies.

Call for Volunteers
CBABC Automobile Insurance Committee is looking for volunteers to be appointed to vacant member positions.

The Committee considers issues related to auto insurance and the practice of personal injury and insurance law. To be eligible for appointment you must be a CBA member and must maintain that membership during your appointment. This appointment is for a two year term.
