 President’s Medal - 2008-2009

This honour is awarded in recognition of one or more of the following: legal academic proficiency; outstanding works of legal scholarship; significant contribution to the profession; or noteworthy contribution to Canadian public life.

Judith Janzen of Kuhn & Company’s Vancouver office is the recipient of the President’s Medal. Miriam Maisonville, President of the Canadian Bar Association, BC Branch, commented, “Judith’s history of service with the Canadian Bar Association in British Columbia and on the National stage is a testament to her commitment to promoting a flourishing legal profession. As Chair of the CBABC Membership Committee, her tireless efforts have contributed to the retention of Association members and the development of innovative strategies that have encouraged new members to join.”
