This section focuses on issues specific to the criminal bar including advocacy skills, Charter matters, disclosure issues, developments in the law and trial and sentencing matters. Speakers from the bar, the bench and other institutions will address the topics of interest. This section is well supported and attended by the judiciary. We hope the Criminal Justice Section continues to have the participation of members from the Crown Prosecutor's Office and the defence bar.
